Which shipping carriers do you use?

  • USPS for all domestic (U.S.) orders
  • UPS for all international orders

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders (USPS): Estimated 3-7 business days
  • International Orders (UPS): Estimated 7-14 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship internationally using UPS. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

What are the return requirements?

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How do I start a return?

  2. Ship your item back using the instructions we provide.
  3. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we process your return.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

  • 18K Gold PVD-Coated Stainless Steel & Regular Stainless Steel – These metals are highly durable, tarnish-resistant, water-resistant, and hypoallergenic.
  • Sterling Silver (.925) – Can naturally oxidize over time but can easily be polished back to its original shine.

How do I clean my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe off any dirt, oil, or residue.
  • For sterling silver, use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish.
  • For gold-plated and stainless steel jewelry, use mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth for a deeper clean.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive materials.

How can I make my jewelry last longer?

✔️ Store jewelry in a dry, cool place when not in use.
✔️ Keep it away from harsh chemicals, including perfume, lotions, and cleaning products.
✔️ Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming or showering for prolonged exposure to water.
✔️ Remove jewelry before working out or sleeping to prevent unnecessary wear.
✔️ Store pieces separately or in a soft pouch to avoid scratches.


Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, contact us at support@monaluck.com with your order details and photos.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 30-day warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (such as faulty clasps or breakage not caused by wear and tear).
  • Significant fading or discoloration due to manufacturing issues.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
